Hi my name is Louis. I am 8 years old. I like playing sport. My favourite sport is rugby and my next favourite is cricket. I also like playing the guitar and for Christmas I got an electric guitarIn the holidays I went to Hatepe in Taupo and Omaha. I got up on waterskis and I caught my first trout by myself.
This week we did EOTC week.EOTC stands for Education Outside the classroom. On Monday we went to the orakei marae. We learnt some history and we did the haka. On Tuesday we went into Woodhill and did tree adventures. It was fun because we got to do obstacles high in the air and flying foxes off trees. Then on Wednesday we walked to the Waiatarua reserve and we went orienteering. My parent helper was Steve and I was with my best friend Blair and we came second and third place. The day was fun because there was lots of running around. On Thursday the last day we went to Mt Albert wave pools. It is called the wave pools because every 10 mins it makes waves. I liked it becasue we got to play in the waves and go down the hydroslide.
In week 4 we did a programe called trikids.It is run by mark weadon.He played in the crusaders rugby team and the chiefs rugby team.I came second.It is a sprint triathlon.It is the smallest type of triathlon.It is term two. In the holidays I went to taupo.We stayed at my grandma and grandads house.We stayed there for eight days.We also saw our cousins and played games.It was lots of fun. Last week on thursday we did garden to table.We made flat breads and we cooked them in the staff room.Another group cooked a potato curry.The last group made a sponge cafe.Every thing was yummy!!!
